Grow As You Fund

Start With One Container.
Build a Campus.

Container construction is modular by nature. Budget for a burn room this year, stack a second story next cycle, add props as grants land. We design phase one so phase three bolts on.

Federal grant money builds most training structures — we help you get it. FEMA awarded $324 million through the AFG program last cycle. We provide the spec sheets, budgetary quotes, and documentation your application needs.

Designed at the Training Ground

Not a Drawing Board.

Every RADCON training structure starts with the people who run the drills. We work directly with fire training chiefs on layout, props, and evolutions — then our licensed PE engineers it and our fabrication team builds it. That's why departments come back for phase two.

“Working with RADCON, I felt confident in their abilities from design to on-site assembly. They actually listened to what the customer needs were instead of trying to upsell some elaborate structure. I would highly recommend them.”
— DEPUTY CHIEF WILL GOVER, NICHOLASVILLE FD

Training Structure Questions

Are your structures NFPA 1402/1403 compliant?

Our structures are designed in alignment with NFPA 1402 and 1403, developed directly with the fire training chiefs who run the evolutions, and engineered by our licensed PE. Ask us how alignment applies to your specific configuration and live-fire program.

Can we add to the structure later as budget allows?

Yes — modularity is the point. We design phase one so future phases bolt on: additional stories, props, and rooms as grants land.

What's the lead time from PO to delivery?

It depends on configuration — request a budgetary quote and we'll give you a realistic schedule for your build.

Do you install on-site?

Yes — from design through on-site assembly, one accountable team.
